Full Wedding Coordination*
This package is for the bride and groom who want to be guests on their big day and don’t have a lot of time to spend on the planning process.
- Includes all “Day Of” coordinating
- Budget development and management
- Planning itinerary
- Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception sites
- Event design, theme and décor concept
- Invitation, stationery, and favor selection
- Vendor selection (baker, caterer, florist, officiant, photographer, musicians, dj’s, etc.)
- Arrange vendor appointments and accompany you to vendors if applicable
- Contract review
- Menu tasting and assistance with menu selection
- Final site(s) walk through
- Assembling invites or favors
- Assist with organizing guest accommodations
- Assist with guest shuttles to and from event
- Ceremony coordination
- Rehearsal coordination
- Rehearsal dinner coordination

Event will include one, two, or three additional wedding coordinators if necessary. Final price is determined by size and location of event.

Month-Of Coordinator Package*
This package is perfect for the couple that has managed to plan their entire event, but are becoming overwhelmed with the extra details as the wedding day gets closer.
- Four hours of planning meetings to discuss budget, final vendor details, decorations, etc.
- Design of reception
- Confirm details of wedding day with vendors
- Assist with rehearsal
- Assist with last minute projects
- Go over final checklist to ensure “to do” list has been accomplished

“Day Of” Coordinator Package*
If you are a bride who has done all the planning, but realize you want to actually enjoy your big day without worrying about the details then this package is perfect for you!
- Complimentary consultation with bride and groom to get pertinent information about the wedding
- Two in person consultation appointments as wedding day approaches (typically scheduled within one month of wedding day).
- Unlimited contact with your wedding planner via phone and email
- Communicating with vendors to confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Rehearsal coordination
- Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day
- Wedding day coordination (includes 1 or 2 additional coordinators – depending on size of event)
- Receiving deliveries and directing vendors
- Distribution of final payments to all vendors
- Overseeing set-up of ceremony and reception
- Supplying wedding day emergency kit
- Assistance with distribution of flowers, boutonnieres and flower baskets
- Ensuring proper placement of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, etc.
- Assisting guests with seating placement
- Coordinating reception announcement of wedding party
